In reference to our home built by CVE, LLC.

"We moved into our home on December 03, 2005. We were the first people to move into the new Chateau in the Pines neighborhood. We made our original offer sometime in October; First we had to wait for our home to sell, and then for the closing on the sale before we could close on our purchase. It was very hectic, but Neil and Scott (and our realtor, Karen Burns!) worked with us every step of the way. Also, CVE finished the basement for us according to our specifications; it came out fantastic, much better than our expectations. Everything that we had asked to be done in our purchase agreement was completed satisfactorily before closing. Neil and Scott really pushed to get us in by the first week in December (we had to wait on a final C of O after the completion of the basement). Of course after we moved in there were a few minor things that needed to be done -- we needed a screen replaced, some additional cable wiring, the air conditioner needed to be turned on this past summer, and we asked for a few loads of dirt to be added to the back yard to build it up a bit. Neil and Scott are very busy people, however, they always followed through with all requests that we have had. I fully trust their honesty and integrity, as they have proven many times that they want the buyer's satisfaction. We highly recommend CVE builders, we appreciate that they were able to keep the costs low, while still providing such a nice home for us."
